We teach total beginners through to professional performers and athletes at Addictive Fitness. Those that aspire to perform and compete we fully encourage with opportunities for in-house showcases and regional, national and even international competitions.
We offer lots of open / practice sessions on the timetable to allow students to work on their own material and create routines. However, we understand that it’s not easy building routines, especially if you are new to it so we also offer private 1-2-1 sessions for students that need help; here we can offer a little guidance for perfecting your routine for competition standards or create full routines with you with tricks, combos, flow and floorwork all choreographed to your favourite song.
If you are interested in performing or competing, please let your instructor know so that we can provide opportunities for you and create a plan for building your routine.
