Try out of curiosity, stay for the gratification: a Pole Fitness class taught by a qualified plus size instructor, designed specifically for curvy women.

Do you consider yourself to be a curvy woman? Maybe you’ve wanted to try pole fitness for a while but have been too nervous? We totally understand the nerves, and it can be really daunting going to your first class, particularly if you have a larger body size.

Addictive Fitness now offer a beginner’s pole class which provides a deeper understanding into pole movement and expression for plus size women, a safe space with no judgement, and an adapted approach to training. That doesn’t mean you won’t work hard; you will achieve a huge range of impressive tricks and spins.

• Build strength from the beginning, achievable conditioning exercises that leave you feeling good
• No race to invert! Enjoy loads of low pole moves and spins, climbing, spinny pole, static pole and low flow to build your strength and understanding of pole
• Find a deeper mind body connection with yourself and a greater appreciation for what your body is capable of

We understand that having a larger body size can pose a unique set of challenges when it comes to pole and other exercise, but we will provide you with a fun class that you will love every single week; you’ll walk out of your first session feeling a lot more confident and excited to get to your next one.

No previous experience necessary. All fitness levels and ages welcome from age 14 (with parental consent).

When attending these classes, please ensure no jewellery is worn. It is advised to wear elasticated shorts and a vest or t-shirt top. No shoes are required as the class will be taught with bare feet.

As well as our classes we offer private sessions in all our skills as 1-1’s, small groups, larger groups and party bookings for birthdays and hen parties.

We have six fixed poles in our main studio, two of which are a staggering 5m high, one at 4m and the other three are 3.2m high, and also three stage poles all with a mix of 40mm and 45mm diameter and they can be set to static or spin.
