From age 14 to adult
Body conditioning is a 45-minute fitness class focused on legs, bum and core to help build strength, stability and stamina which will benefit pole, aerial and overall fitness levels. Exercises will include lunges, squats, crunches, glute bridges and many more to target the leg and core muscles.
Please note this class is taught online via Zoom. You can join us live from your own home or you can take the recording and complete it at a more convenient time for you. Recordings are available for approximately 2 weeks or you can download the video if you wish to have access to it for longer.
You will need a room with a good internet connection (if you join live) resistance bands, kettlebells or hand weights are also useful if you have them.
No previous experience necessary, any fitness level from age 14 to adults.
