Our studio is fully equipped with six spin and static competition poles (with a mix of 45mm and 40mm); two stainless steel poles at a staggering 5m high, one chrome pole at 4m high and three chrome poles at 3.2m high from floor to truss system. We also have three stage poles, two 45mm flying poles, six 5m high aerial silks, ten aerial yoga hammocks, six aerial hoops, three aerial lollipops, aerial straps, two static trapezes and an aerial LED sphere.

Addictive Fitness is open every day, we offer many classes throughout the week for adults, teens and children from complete beginners through to professional performers and athletes, we also offer private bookings (1-1’s, small groups, larger groups and party bookings) at a time to suit you. All our classes can be booked on a pay as you go basis, you don’t have to sign up to terms at a time, but we also offer monthly memberships to those that like to attend more than two classes per week to make it more affordable.

Although our main studio is in Coleshill we also offer pole fitness, aerial silks and aerial hoop classes at B76 Crossfit in Walmley, Sutton Coldfield too.
