Spanish Web

From age 14 to adult

Spanish Web is an aerial circus apparatus consisting of a rope with a loop attached at the top used to hook a student’s wrist or ankle.

Spanish web requires two people; a flyer who climbs the vertical rope and performs shapes and tricks in the air whilst being spun, and a base / setter who spins the rope from the ground.

In our sessions, you will learn conditioning exercises, web techniques, cool shapes, spins and impressive transitions. You will learn how to both base and fly a Spanish web and how to link it all together to create an amazing routine.

Spanish Web is a full-body workout, amazing for the core, back and arms, all made fun by creating shapes, sequences and jaw-dropping routines.

Spanish Web is also a great way to improve your mental health, many students find that the concentration required in learning an aerial skill is very mindful.

These sessions are suitable for children from age 14 to adults, students must be able to climb a silk/rope and hold their own weight.

When attending these classes, please ensure no jewellery is worn. It is advised to wear long-sleeved tops and leggings.

This discipline is offered in private sessions and ad-hoc workshops only, we do not offer this as a regular open class. Private sessions are available as 1-1’s, small groups, larger groups and party bookings for birthdays and hen parties.
