Addictive Circus Arts Academy for Kids (age 5 - 14 yrs)

Let your little ones (and not so little ones) run away and join the circus for a day 
A monthly 4-hour circus class for kids age 5 to 14 that offers an incredible mix of aerial and ground skills such as trapeze, aerial silks, aerial lollipop, aerial hoop, aerial LED sphere, tippy hoop, pole, flying pole, juggling, hula hoops, poi, slackline, floorwork and more (the skills will be varied each month but will always include a mix of aerial and ground skills).
A fantastic way to enhance their physical abilities, including strength, flexibility, and coordination. It also provides an excellent opportunity for emotional growth by boosting confidence and fostering friendships among the participants; a well-rounded and enriching experience for youths!
Parents are welcome to stay and watch part or the entire session if they choose or you can drop off and then collect at the end of the session.
Our circus academy is open to non-students as well as Addictive Fitness students and suitable for children age 5 to 14 yrs, all levels welcome from complete beginners to budding aerialists.
£30 per child for 4 hours of circus fun.

Unicycle Workshop with Lee Partridge

Expand your circus skills in this unique Unicycle Workshop with Lee Partridge🎪
A unicycle is like a bike with only one wheel. It has a frame with a saddle and has a pedal-driven direct-drive. Unicycling is practiced professionally by circus artists and street performers 🎪✨
Learn how to balance the unbalanced within a small group in this fun 2-hour workshop.
All levels welcome from complete beginners.

Please note that we had some confusion on “who” could perform at our last showcase. The answer is anyone who takes classes at our studio. Therefore, it’s open to those who are there 4 times a week AND anyone who only comes to AF for a specific disciple… such as heels or stretch. Also open to anyone who trains at various studios alongside AF.
As long as you currently attend our classes in some way, we’d love to have you perform.

Pole Straps Workshop

BRAND NEW WORKSHOP for the polers . . . Pole straps is an exciting emerging apparatus that utilises a strap attached high on the pole allowing for graceful flowing combos and stunning shapes.
This is an incredibly fun and engaging piece of equipment, the simplest of moves make you feel like you’re flying!
