Ellie Bradsell

I’m the instructor in the studio that you might see on any of the equipment or teaching a crazy looking stretch class!

I love pole, silks and hoop, although I started with pole originally in about 2011. I stopped due to an injury, and then picked it back up, and found aerial silks and hoop at the same time. I fell in love with both of them, and can say I love all three equally for different reasons, and I love to teach all three. I work my students hard, though always with a smile and lots of praise. I love seeing progress, and helping students conquer a combo or move they’ve been struggling with, makes teaching worth it. I’m always looking for new ways to break moves down to make things easier to learn for everyone.

I’m also the Ki-Hara stetch & flexibility instructor for Addictive Fitness, teaching a unique form of strength and flexibility call Ki-Hara. I learned this form of stretch in America after looking for a better way to become more flexible for pole work. I didn’t like having to keep stretching for hours every time I wanted to split, and wanted to prevent injury and see permanent results. I teach the students here new and fun ways to stretch and achieve their splits, back flexibility and strength goals for pole and aerial.

I’m a fully qualified Exercise To Music and Fitness instructor, Ki-Hara flexibility coach, spin instructor and first aider in addition to my pole & aerial qualifications.

I love the family atmosphere at Addictive Fitness, and when I’m not teaching, you’ll find me playing on the poles and aerial equipment for fun and working towards competitions.

I teach regular Ki-Hara Stretch and Flexibility, Aerial Silks and Pole classes as well as privates sessions in all disciplines in Coleshill. I also teach regular Aerial Silks, Aerial Hoop and Pole classes in our Sutton Coldfield studio.
