Forget all your troubles and run away to our circus for a day 😉 A monthly 4-hour circus class on weekends for the older kids age 14 to adults that offers an incredible mix of aerial and ground skills such as static trapeze, aerial silks, aerial lollipop, aerial hoop, tippy hoop, pole, CYR wheel, juggling, hula hoops, poi, floorwork and more (the skills will be varied each month but will always include a mix of aerial and ground skills).
Enhance your physical abilities, including strength, flexibility, and coordination. A great way to discover new skills which will compliment your current training in a real circus adventure!
This circus academy is open to non-students as well as Addictive Fitness students.
All levels welcome from complete beginners to budding aerialists.
When attending these sessions, please ensure hair is tied back, and no jewellery is to be worn. As these sessions cover a variety of skills, please ensure your child wears or brings with them a leotard or shorts (for pole) and leggings/joggers, a vest or leotard and long sleeve top (for silks, hoop, trapeze and lollipop). Also, provide your child with some snacks and a drink to keep their energy levels going.
Private sessions are available in all our skills as 1-1’s, small groups, larger groups and party bookings for birthdays and hen parties.
