Pole Fitness

Pole Fitness is our most popular class and an incredible way of keeping fit. An exercise class with a mixture of dance, gymnastics and strength based moves performed on poles. We have five poles in our main studio, two of which are a staggering 5m high and the other three are 3.5m high, all 45mm diamater and they can be set to static or spin.

There is so much to learn in pole, including tricks, spins, poses, flow, drops, transitional moves, inversions and combos. Pole Fitness is evolving at a great speed, new tricks are constantly being created so there is always something new to learn in each class, there is something for everyone.

Pole Fitness is an all over body workout, improving muscle tone, flexibility, coordination, posture as well as upper body and core strength. It’s amazing how quickly your body strengthens up over time.

We also offer three specialised pole classes:

  1. POLE FLOW with Crystal Gibson - This class incorporates floor work at the base of the pole and combines pole movement in the most fluid way possible, allowing for a smooth transition from one trick to the next. You learn a new pole flow routine every week and will be amazed by how much of a workout you receive in the process.
  2. EXOTIC POLE DANCE - Boost your inner energy and passion . . . Feel the magic of Exotic Pole Dance - new sexy and sensual choreography with fluid floorwork (heels are recommended for full sassiness)
  3. FLYING / SKY POLE - This is a 45mm pole attached to a spinner and to the truss at the top but unattached at the bottom which makes the pole swing around. You get to try some of your favourite pole moves, usually done on a standard fixed pole to get a feel for the flying pole and then a number of different spin pole combos to encourage the pole to spin and fly.

As well as our classes we offer private sessions in all our skills as 1-1’s, small groups, larger groups and party bookings for birthdays and hen parties.

Pole Fitness is not just for women but for men also and can be performed as a solo act or a double act.

When attending Pole Fitness classes, please ensure hair is tied back, and no jewellery is to be worn. It is advised to wear elasticated shorts and a vest or t-shirt top. No shoes are required as the class will be taught with bare feet.
