Aerial Hoop

Aerial Hoop (also known as lyra) is a circular piece of apparatus made out of steel or aluminium and is rigged from a strop and a carabiner on our truss system.

Aerial Hoop is a whole body workout, a great way to build strength and stamina but focuses mainly on improving your core muscles and your upper body strength. Dynamic tricks, spins and swings are executed on the hoop, as well as a variety of balances, and transitions used to create routines. Aerial hoop can be performed as a solo act, a double act or even a trio act.

Addictive Fitness offer a variety of Aerial Hoop classes for adults, teens and children from age 5 upwards, we cater for all abilities; beginners, intermediate, advanced, we even offer mixed ability classes which is a fantastic opportunity to bring a friend who may never have tried it before. We also offer private classes as 1-1's, small groups, larger groups and party bookings for birthdays and hen parties.

In addition to our standard Aerial Hoop classes, we also offer a specialised Aerial class in Coleshill:
