Yoga introduces the fundamental principles of alignment in a flow of postures linked by breathing. This class is a mixture of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, it works on flexibility, posture, balance, strength and mental wellbeing. You will learn yoga postures through step by step description and demonstration.

This class is mixed ability so any fitness level welcome (regressions and progressions will be offered). Suitable for age 14+.

We also offer private classes as 1-1's, small groups or larger groups.

When attending Yoga classes, please ensure hair is tied back, and no jewellery is to be worn. It is advised to wear leggings and a vest or t-shirt top with a hoody or jumper in colder months. No shoes are required as the class will be taught with bare feet.
