Intensive Stretch

Is your flexibility holding you back from achieving certain pole and aerial tricks? If so then this is this class is for you. This class focuses on increasing flexibility in all crucial areas for polers and aerialists including shoulders, backs and of course for those all important front and box splits.

This class will include a mixture of solo and partner work with resistance stretching, holding and breathing through deep stretches.

No previous experience necessary. All fitness levels welcome.

We also offer private classes as 1-1's, small groups or larger groups. When attending Intensive Stretch classes, please ensure hair is tied back, and no jewellery is to be worn. It is advised to wear leggings and a vest or t-shirt top with a hoody or jumper in colder months. No shoes are required as the class will be taught with bare feet.
