Gymnastic Classes

We are pleased to announce our brand new and exclusive Gymnastics classes, lead by our highly experienced Gymnastics coach and international performer Yvette Dusol.

Gymnastics is a fun and enjoyable way to keep fit. It helps improve strength, co-ordination, fitness and flexibility whilst learning new tricks which can later be incorporated in pole, silks or hoop routines, if desired.

Each session will combine a variety of moves, leaps, spins and tumbles, as well as those all important handstand and forearm balancing techniques plus flexibility, strength and conditioning exercises which will enhance each individual’s performance. The moves and exercises will be tailored to each individual depending on level (so complete beginners are welcome).

When attending gymnastic classes, please ensure hair is tied back, and no jewellery is worn. It is advised to wear long sleeved tops and trousers for the warm up, then leggings or shorts with a vest top for the rest of the session.
